The duty you overpaid is still recoverable. For now.
DistroLogic reconstructs your historical entries from the records your broker, carrier, and ERP each hold a piece of, then re-judges every line against current classification logic. What it finds, it proves. What it proves, you recover on a success fee.
Three ways the program pays.
From first call to recovered value.
Snapshot
We model your recoverable exposure from profile-level inputs. Free, returned within five business days, with the basis for each figure.
Diagnostic
The paid engagement reconstructs your entries line by line and proves each finding against its classification, program, and deadline.
Filing
Recovery filings are prepared and submitted under licensed customs authority. You approve every gate before anything reaches CBP.
Recovery
Refunds land with you. DistroLogic is paid a percentage of what is recovered. If nothing is recoverable, you owe nothing.
Plugged into the systems you already run.
Asked on most first calls.
How far back can you go?
Most entries remain correctable until liquidation, roughly one year from entry, with a protest path for 180 days after. Drawback reaches back five years from import. The snapshot maps your live windows.
Will filing trigger an audit?
Findings are filed with their evidence attached: the basis, the documents, and the trace. The record is built to survive scrutiny, which is the opposite of inviting it.
What do you need from us?
Read access to broker files and entry data, typically one authorization letter. The reconstruction runs on our side; your team approves gates, not spreadsheets.
