Privacy Policy

This policy describes how DistroLogic handles information collected through this site and the platform. Effective July 10, 2026.

1. Who we are

This site and the DistroLogic platform are operated by Distrologic, Inc., Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. References to “DistroLogic”, “we”, and “us” in this policy mean Distrologic, Inc.

2. What we collect

When you request a snapshot or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, program interest, and volume band, along with the campaign and referral data your browser sends. We use this only to prepare your snapshot and follow up about it. Separately, if you allow analytics (section 3), we collect usage data about how this site is used.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this site is used. It collects usage data (pages viewed and how you interact with them), your approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser information. Google LLC processes this data on our behalf as our processor. We retain analytics data for 14 months. We do not use advertising features, and advertising signals are disabled for all visitors. In the UK and the European Economic Area, analytics is off by default and runs only if you accept it in the consent banner. Everywhere else, analytics runs by default and stops if you decline. When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (names beginning with _ga). Separately, we set a dl_cc cookie containing only a two-letter country code, used to apply the correct regional consent default, and we store your consent choice itself in your browser. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Privacy choices” link in the footer of every page.

4. How we use it

Your information is used to scope and deliver the diagnostic you requested and to communicate with you about it. Analytics data is used only to understand and improve how this site performs. We do not add you to a marketing list by default, and we do not sell your information.

5. Where it lives

Lead records are stored in our own Google Workspace environment, not a third-party marketing platform. Access is limited to the DistroLogic team members who work your engagement. Analytics data lives in our Google Analytics property under the retention period above.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period. You can turn analytics on or off at any time via the “Privacy choices” link in the footer.
